This was the killer of 200 innocent people....who will now walk....can’t get than worse then this....there is going to be a firestorm........over this one.

The one count he was convicted on carries a mandatory minimum of 20 years in prison, and a maximum of life. And there is no parole in the federal system.
Can’t get worse? Can he file a suit for his “civil liberties” being infringed? The ACLU will be johnny-on-the-spot.
