I love Sarah, but I saw another bit of her on her documentary. I didn’t like when she called her husband a “helpmate”. So I’m standing back again reassessing stuff. How have you been!

I never seen this in my lifetime following politics, especially among conservatives. For those who continue to say Sarah Palin is just a flash in the pan, could they please explain to me how is it after two years since her premiere on the national political stage, is she more popular than ever?
I’ll tell you why. Most Americans are center-right and see Sarah Palin as an extention of themselves. The left continues to attack her, and she continues to stand as the most powerful force in politics.

Reagan had never held a "national" post, but had been a successful Governor of California. Pretty much the same as Palin except she was governor of Alaska.
BTW, WITT, you should know by now that I'm not a lemming that follows some kind of "bot" crowd. I, too, have had some unhappy run-ins with Palin fanatics on the site. Nevertheless, Palin's the best thing I've seen on the horizon. If you've got someone else, let's hear about it.
