Arrest him and deport his ass NOW.
For what? According to the state of California he isn't breaking any laws and the voters must agree since they just elected politicians who support illegals more than they do the taxpayers that illegals leech off of. Just refuse any bailouts when the state comes begging for relief. Maybe that will be the wake-up call they need.
