TELL SENATOR BURR: WITHDRAW AS CO-SPONSOR
DO NOT VOTE ON THIS DURING THE LAME-DUCK SESSION.
At the very least, have the decency to put off a vote until January, 2011 – so that people can read this and evaluate whether it is a desirable piece of legislation for North Carolina. (Hint: it’s not.) Do not try to cram this down our throats just like Congress did with the Health Care Bill.

Done and bump
I called both Burr’s and Kagan’s offices yesterday. Both offices DENY that the Bill would affect home gardener’s ability to grow one’s own food or to save seeds. Just remember both offices denied it.
