think about this, what possible logic is there in a) giving ANYONE the authority to prohibit or restrict the movement of food - FOOD!?!? and b) giving that authority to the Secretary of Health and Human Services. The same individual that has just been given control of the medical care we receive? WTF?
There better be some serious butt kicking in Jan 2011 when the new congress takes over.
