There are a ton of people there now. It’s packed with police and new agencies.”

He's already back in state prison, he violated his parole when is girl friend picked him up upon release, violating his parole which prohibited him from riding in a car with a female..

The real good news? Two other victims had finally decided to come forward, and new charges will be filed.
