being serious.... the pant legs are too long without shoes with heels. she had to remove her shoes so the trouser legs are dragging on the brick. she is trying to hold both pant legs up off of the ground with one hand. i have actually done this with pj pant that were way too long and would get tangled around my toes, throwing me off balance. i could only use one hand because the other hand was holding a glass of iced tea. i would not, however, do this in public. what was she thinking?
Just a guess, but you see that she is not wearing shoes? I imagine she had on heels, and when she removed her shoes her pants were too long so she has to try to hold them up.
