CHP said he reeked of alcohol and was arrested on suspension of DUI.
Question:
If the Mexican was drunk and or impaired by alcohol, could this have been a cause of him losing control of his vehicle, crossing the center line and killing the American bikers?
Yes or no?

You show me in any article where the CHP said he reeked of alcohol. They did not, they did say they smelled alcohol, does not mean he was drunk plus they waited five hours after the accident to give him a blood test. If he wasn't drunk that test may be a blessing in disguise as it will go a long way in his behalf in a civil suit. Why don't you just admit you are just blatantly prejudiced against anyone with a Spanish sounding name? After reading all your post that is quite apparent.
