I wonder what the chinese want to use those for.. and against?.. the North Koreans?..
It’s the ideal export weapon given that’s warhead and range specs appear to fall in the purview of the MTCR. The Pakistanis, Iranians, North Koreans and probably Venezuela would want to lap it up.
