“Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid plans to overhaul the Senate Democratic leadership next year, handing New York Sen. Chuck Schumer an expanded role spearheading the party’s messaging efforts.”
Upchuck will LOVE that role. The most dangerous spot on earth isn’t in front of a man-eating lion. The most dangerous place on earth is standing between Upchuck and a TV camera.

Great news! The longer the Dummies concentrate on “messaging” the more often conservatives will win.

He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our People, and eat out their substance.

It’s official title is “The Committee for Screwing Americans Over”.

Is the position going to be called The Senate Reich-minister of Propaganda?
We already know Axis Sally is Joy Behar and Lord Haw-Haw is Keith Olbermann.

Smart move on the part of Reid, it preempts a challenge to his incompetent leadership by Schumer.

"better integrate our legislative- and message-crafting functions into a coordinated nucleus managing policy, press and politics." What a bunch of goboliguk. Does he get paid more now?

I think this is the prize for Reid winning, Schummer wanted the leadership role. I too wonder is he getting paid more?

You should not defame hard working Americans by comparing Shumeer to them.

Chucky hears the word “communications” and the only thing that comes to mind is cameras, lots of cameras. He’ll sleep well tonight.

Many of the Democrat senators come off as smarmy, unpleasant, lying a-holes. If I had to pick the one that represented, to my mind, the absolute apogee of these repellant characteristics, it would be Schumer, without a moment’s hesitation.
Good pick, Harry!
