It seems to me (at a quick glance, admittedly) that the beef here would be with the California legislature, not the California Supreme Court, which is just following California law.

After all, we don't want the Court legislating from the bench, right?

The federal law on the matter is pretty clear. California continues to be in violation. Now, to take away all the federal bucks, their Obama money, and the stuff left loose on desks.

Still, the continuing Great Obama Recession is going to eliminate the in-state/out of state differential anyway, but all of us out here in Flyover Country do understand the insult hurled at us by the Chinese guy who is sure he's smarter than everyone else ~ see, he can trick out English too!

He'll be lucky to leave the place alive when the Mexicans figure out what him and his running dog lackeys have just done to the state.
