I was surprised coming out of the Boston Herald, but they have hired Mike Barnicle in the past, after he was terminated from the Glob for making up stories and/or plagiarism.

However, Palin takes Kate Gosselin (of “Jon & Kate Plus 8” fame) tells me all I need to know that I didn't miss much not watching it, even though the local PBS stations didn't run the latest Sherlock Holmes incarnation.

FYI, if you would stop assuming everything you read is true you might like to know that Gosselin wasnt on the show last night. Its the freakin Boston paper, what do you expect. Geez. Watch the show or dont comment.

Nope, you didn’t watch Kate etc BECAUSE IT DIDN’T HAPPEN on the show last night.

What am I missing? I watched every second of the show last night and didn't even hear the name Kate Gosselin uttered. I think you missed alot by not watching. You missed a good family acting normal, enjoying themselves and each other and doing things that inside-the-beltway politicians would never attempt. Sure, it seemed a little hokey at times but that's how normal people act.
