Some folks around here simply have a pathology about Sarah Palin - and a money trail to Romney.

There. Fixed it. :)

Perez Hilton is more of a man than Romney.

I see hundreds a day and it’s like water off a duck’s back. They mocked President Reagan, Eisenhower, Coolidge, Lincoln and many others. She can take it.

That’s true. But even on policy, Sarah has been at the forefront of ever major issue in the past two years. Slick Willard’s been nowhere; cowardly waiting in the shadows to do something when he’s made sure it won’t make him look bad.

He didn’t even take any stands with endorsing candidates. The guy is a spineless weasel. I can’t imagine how anyone can seriously support him. The only thing he’s ever been willing to fight for is liberal crap like RomneyCare.

Very smart getting herself in front of millions of Americans for 8 weeks. Everyone will feel like they know her after this is over. The Libs must be frothing at the mouoth.

Preaching to the choir, here, my dear. No way in hell Romney even sniffs the RNC nomination.

Oh, I see. Well, women up here find the time to bake cookies, fish, gut deer and farm. Being from the East Coast, I’m amazed at how easy my life was and I am in awe of the people up here.

Get a little testy when you are called out for your cheekiness. Sorry you can’t take it.

I enjoyed it also and I don’t usually watch that kind of thing.

Sarah’s personality and exhuberance really enhanced the travelog. Although I can’t say it made me want to live in Alaska, it was fun to see with her leading the trip.

You wouldn’t want to climb a mountain behind Michelle, though.

The thought of that falling on you... scary.

Palin still has the idea in her head that to be “powerful” and taken “seriously” she must imitate a man and wear the pants in the family.

You're about the shallowest person I've heard make comment about Palin at Free Republic. Anyone who's actually watched the Palin family, and knows even the slightest thing about them, knows that Sarah and Todd have a great marriage, and that she honors him as her husband.

Sarah does politics, but Todd runs the family business and works the North Slope oil patch. He's also an award-winning Iditarod dog sledder, which is something that only the toughest men can handle.

Your endless foul commentary about one of America's staunchest conservative patriots is despicable, and on a par with what liberals say about her. Your posts about Palin on Free Republic amount to little more than vulgar graffiti.

I’m just not convicned that other Moms will view cutting off fish heads and gutting them on a table as the same as baking cookies.

It is an Alaska thing. (similar to a Texas thing) I know lots of nice looking farm women here who can do a lot more than clean fish. I know some I would not be afraid to carry a weapon in battle next to them.

You don’t have to ACT like a man to be taken seriously, Sarah.

Sarah P "acting like a man", not my take at all.

Now your real issue. Should she run for President? I am not sure she will want to run when the time comes, it might be a big step down to do that. She is having a huge positive affect on Republican fortunes, in spite of some really crappy attacks by various "staffers" (midgets). If she does, I could vote for her.

Awesome coup at home. Wife loves reality T.V. and “forces” me to watch it all the time. Tonight I made her watch one full hour of the other women I am in love with. If Todd had fallen off in one of those cravasses I was ready to take the next plane to Wasilla!

You know, I’m just not convicned that other Moms will view cutting off fish heads and gutting them on a table as the same as baking cookies. Palin has some issues to deal with. You don’t have to ACT like a man to be taken seriously, Sarah.

I seriously beg to differ.

There are Moms out there in America who take their daughters fishing, and teach them how to clean and cook fish. It's responsibility and appreciation of the outdoors and good stewardship, as well as self-sufficiency and resourcefulness. I see it as an extension, if you will, of baking cookies.

For every Mom who has learned how to fish and has taught her children also, you will hear a cheer when they see Sarah Palin gutting that fish.

Personally, I’ve not heard any other republican frequently and consistently defend conservative ideals and push back against the press and RINOs and then not apologize for what they believe in. That is what sets Palin apart from all the others. Everyone else will eventually fold when the going gets tough. Sarah has not. That is why she is at the top of my list. If you’ve followed republican politics for any length of time, it’s odd that you don’t see this.

And the fact that she spent most of the show without any mousse or hair spray in her hair. Romneybots shudder at the thought.

“Why Palin”?

Friend, if you need for someone to answer that question for you, then you’ve been playing hooky from current events (and FR).

Simply put, America hasn’t seen anyone remotely like her in a generation or more. She’s cut from the same fine timber as Ronaldus Magnus, and the very best of our hallowed Presidents.

There’s a reason you see so much enthusiasm about Palin, and why the liberal press has their flak cannons trained on her.

Bon Appetit!

Indeed, I liked Julia too. She knew a lot more than how to cook and clean fish. If you haven't looked at her background it might surprise you.

In an unguarded moment a few weeks back nmh admitted he/she is a Mittwit.

I've suspected that. Thanks for corroborating my hunch.
