It’s destructive nonsense to get caught up in social issues when there are so many things that are easier to fix. Lower taxes, cut spending, appointing non-activist judges and so on.
When these are fixed, move on to other issues.

Exactly. That’s why it should stay the hell out of social issues.
The gov cannot be neutral. Either abortion is legal or it is illegal. Either homosexuals can be all over the place in the schools and military, or they cannot.
There is no third neutral ground.
How exactly does government do that without separating itself from the people and the rule of law? You miss the big picture... You support tyranny and a state religion being impose -you just do not realize it...

Society and this country will fall from within. The moral decay that we are now witnessing is what is doing us in.
Fix the social issues and the rest will fall into place.
That's why we need to make social issues a priority.
