Terri will not be forgotten. To show how naive I was - until I saw Jeb Bush drag his feet, I believed surely he or his brother the president will save her, that she will not be killed and in such horrible way.

I was just as naive. What shocked me more than anything else wasn’t any one person, like Jeb Bush. It was that about 8% of our population wanted her tortured to death. I still have a hard time accepting that.
