Did you see this launch first-hand?
Why did the pilot see the same thing a day or so before?
How many missiles have the Chinese launched towards the west coast of the US?
Has anyone asked the pilot if he will go back to the same spot, same time of day, and see if he can get more video?
Why did both occurrences coincide with commercial overseas flights, and NEITHER coincided with ANY KNOWN MISSILE LAUNCH?
Much more stunning visually than this recent "missile" event.
I'm guessing it was 1969, summer time, clear, not a cloud in the sky, at approximately 11:30 p.m.
We were up on a hill, probably 1800' elevation and suddenly observed several massive flashes that lit up the entire southwestern sky, literally causing the entire sky to light up like day light...
After the 4th or 5th flash, we fully expected to feel large explosive type concussions....That never happened...Not a sound...After about 8 extremely bright flashes over approximately a 2 minute period, they were never seen again by us. All the flashes appeared to be emanating out in the Pacific...
We never heard one single report, not one single news broadcast on this event.
Now hold on a second, I asked you first. Let me put my query in plainer words: How many missile launches have you seen live? Next question: how many years have you observed in busy L.A. region coastal skies?
As for your query, I have already stated, I believe in an answer to one of your posts, but may be mistaken, that I didn't see this phenomenon first-hand. I have watched the video at least ten times. Every time I watch it, I shake my head and marvel that anyone could construe it as a commercial airline contrail. Then I marvel at the incompetence of a flying cameraman with 11 years experience seeing it live and filming it because he mistook a commercial airline contrail for a missile plume.
Now: how about a straightforward answer to my two questions?
