I don’t go anywhere within the city of Houston after dark except for the Village, River Oaks and West U areas.

Most of Houston is no more dangerous than those areas.

There are many parts of Houston where the police no longer go so there are no crime reports generated so no stats.

I will strongly disagree with you on that. And to say that Southwest and east of George R. Brown in Houston or some of the other nearby areas are as safe as the Village, West U and River Oaks is, particularly after dark, indeed ridiculous.
