It’s a very sad comment I have to make. IMHO, black democrats don’t lose voter support, no matter how corrupt they are.
Their defense with their constituents, is an unspoken, “The white power structure is out to get me because I am black, like you.” It makes no difference if the power structure is black also or the crime is irrefutable and obvious.
Unfortunately, the blacks ultimately suffer for it because others look at black politicans and see corrupt people reelected to office over and over again.
