OneVike with your theory. He is the author of the report on the the Swedish sub sinking the USS RR in war games.
Maybe you and he could get together for a little corroboration on putting your theory in an article that would get a lot of consideration.

Diesel-electric subs from countries such as Norway and Australia have scored ‘kills’ on US and British ships in exercises. So it’s not inconceivable that a Chinese SSK could come close to a US carrier.
