This may be true, but we must also be true and frank about the defect introduced to our constitution as illustrated by their effect on our history and the logical conflict of interest they make.

Totally agree. I just don't want any Congressmen or any of our people wasting time on the issue. It isn't fixable until we have unassailable control of all 3 branches.

Pulling this trigger takes 2.
I'm lazy.

Actually on this matter we merely need control of 2/3rd of the state legislators or 2/3rds of both houses of congress.

Once we repose such an amendment getting it ratified is simply a matter of time. I say this because of the corrupt way the court and house has interpreted the ratification process.

According to the Federal Government can only ratify in the positive or not, they cannot withdraw their ratification and a constitutional amendment remains out there for ratification indefinably.

So once such an amendment has been proposed we can take our time in a state by state campaign to get it thou. Eventually we will get a majority in 38 different states, although not necessarily at the same time.

The best part is if the Feds try to arbitrarily change the rules on this exploit we can nully the 14th amendment under their new rules lol.
