Libs blaming others and failing to take responsibility.

Do you think Republicans take responsibility for the increases in federal spending that occurred while President Bush was in office?

Yes, actually they do. I've heard John Boehner take reponsibility for that very thing several times in the past year and vow that the GOP has learned its fiscal lesson. It remains to be seen whether they in fact have learned the lesson, but at least responsibility was taken.
