Well, the company that took over the transcription department, Nuance (AKA Focus/AKA Dictaphone), assured everyone that Indian MTs are held accountable for any information breaches and will be punished to the "full extent of the law."

One minor detail, though....India has no HIPAA law.

Can't wait for the lawsuits.
