How about another crazy report?
Did anyone ever ask where Libya's yellowcake uranium came from?
Half of it was smuggled in from Niger and then later reported to IAEA.
Half of it was then smuggled in from Niger after that and never reported to anyone.
It seems that, in their effort to hide something that was not even controversial, the known fact that Saddam sent his team to Niger, they overlooked something rather important. That Libya was smuggling uranium from Niger. Had Plame Wilson been doing their jobs we might have picked up on this a bit sooner. As it was we had to wait for Libya to call us up and confess. No thanks to "experts" Plame & Wilson.

One commment:
"..the IAEA did put the seal on 500 tons of yellowcake at AlTuwaitha. When our boys arrived, there was 488 tons of Yellowcake and 1.8 tons of enriched U stored separately."... "Perhaps fairies broke in and put 22 tons of Yellowcake into the machinery (centrifuges) to make the 1.8 tons of enriched-U?".... "Allah, if you update this post, how bout showing your readers what an actual UN/IAEA seal looks like (and also note that the seal on one set of doors was undermined by the open air shafts and the other doors left open/unsealed/unmonitored (we even have film of trucks going into and out of the sealed bunker)."....
"Im just much more interested in how 22 tons under UN/IAEA seal turned into 1.8 tons of enriched-U."
Bush was said to be "accidentally correct".
