Where would we get the teachers to teach these things?

We don't.

That is the biggest mistake we make - trying to "fix' the public schools. They are unfixable.

We have the Internet and cable/satellite TV.

WE use it like Becks is using it - to educate and wake the people up NOW. He's done a Herculean job of waking up the adults in this county - largely by educating them on the founding principles of this country, which totally contradict the Socialist take over.

We put together programs for kids to "home school" through Internet classes...(and anyone can participate of any age.)

Kids have the capacity to learn MUCH faster than in the restrictions of public school. Kids would flock to on line lessons that would let them progress at their own speed - and be able to gat their college degrees for pennies on the dollar on a pay as you go basis, no loans to cripple them for 20 years.

Parents who would like to home school but are intimidated by the prospect (which is really much easier than most realize and with a great support system - which could be connected to with on-line schooling as well - would jump on board to the on-line home schooling.

Kids would clamor for it.

I have pushed this long before there was an Internet - back when I envisioned the lessons through VHS tapes. Now - the Internet is tailor made.

It needn't take generations.

(My grandson, 10 years ago, got his HS studies on -line through an accredited on-line school. Public school was a ball and chain around his leg.)

Actually, my own solution is for those who still care about freedom and prosperity to get their kids the hell out of the public schools. Teach them at home preferably or in carefully vetted private and parochial schools. Internet sources are kicking in pretty well now but parents have to pick and choose the way they would if they had to order courses out of a catalogue to teach directly at home. At the same time we should not let up on trying to get a handle on the public schools even as we try to end the system.
