As a WWII vet at the lowest levels I am aware of the need for obedience to orders from above. I am fully apprciative of the rankings and authority of those above. However I strongly believe that our Constitution trumps actions of Presidents, laws of Congress, decicisions of Courts including the Supreme and last but not least the Military. All these entities have and at one time or another made their subservience to the Constitution questionable in the eyes of ‘We the People’ from whom all their powers are derived. Lakin’s case to me as one of the people is a complex mixture of what is said above.

IMHO, the best way to flush out Hussein is for a state to pass a law that in order to appear on the ballot, all statewide candidates must prove to the secretary of state they are constitutionally qualified to the offices they seek.
