Patrick is talking about the Federal Reserve, explaining what it is and how it got started. Jesse says this type of discussion about Federal Reserve, would be considered 'nutty'. Like Ron Paul. Federal reserve is giving more money back to the banks. But banks aren't lending, because they want to see what happens with the tax cuts.
Once the money was taken off the gold standard they can do anything to manipulate the money. Jesse asks why? Because they want the money and the power. What makes it hard for me to understand is why this has gone on so long. How could they the congress people let this go on.
Why do they want to break the country Jesse asks. at doesn't really know but in effect they just print out money whenever they want. Bernanke has ruined the economy. They want to crash the dollar and replace it with a world currency.
