INDEED.
One consistent aspect of the story would be a counter shot allowed by our POTUS about 12 hrs after the fact. That’s probably his response time to direct action military threatening the US.
I hear he’s thinking about becoming a fireman next.
Wow!
Help please! Was this confirmed? Did an EMP attack cause the fire on the Carnival Splendor?
( I haven't followed the Carnival story.)
If LA went up under a mushroom cloud, the only indicator to the rest of America would be that instead of crappy first-run TV shows, there would be crappy reruns.
Maybe after he gets out of his training pants?
I have two cents to add to this story which are not known to the general public:
1. In the early 1990s, Rockwell International’s B-1 Division was selling off machine tools that were used to build the B-1 fleet. There was a huge machine tool called the FROREAP that could very accurately machine out pieces over 30 feet in diameter.
The FROREAP originally cost about $6M. The Chicoms showed up for the auction and offered $250K. The U.S. Navy went nuts over this, saying, “If you sell that machine to the Chicoms, they will be able to machine out superior props for their subs. Extremely smooth props machined to exact curves don’t cavitate much. We won’t be able to detect the Chicom subs anymore without spending an enormous amount of money.”
The Navy was overruled by the State Dept., and the Chicoms bought the FROREAP. The State Dept. said that the Chicoms were our friends. This took place while GHW Bush was Pres.
2. Although I don’t know about the EMP attack on the cruise ship, EMP devices can be quite small and pack a punch. From open sources I can tell you that there is a way to use explosives to create a powerful EMP as the package is destroyed. However, I think the passengers would have noticed a big bomb going off in the air.
bump for later
Oh NO!!
An EHP ATTACK!
