How about just enforcing the drinking age? Is it really all that hard?
Otherwise people who are of legal age should be able to drink what they want.

This is so stupid.
Less caffeine and alcohol than a rum and coke.
This stuff is all hype.

Caffeine & Alcohol.
Reminds me of another tip - Never take a laxative and a sleeping pill on the same night.

You can still buy a bottle of vodka for under twenty bucks. Or tequilla.
Same result.

Is Irish Coffee next? Four Loko is only 24 proof.

Great idea. I support a mandatory five year jail term for serving or consuming Irish coffee!!

So what will stop them from buying them and mixing them now on their own?

“So what will stop them from buying them and mixing them now on their own”?
...the same thing that stops a criminal from getting a gun in a gun free society. Nothing!

part of the attraction of the things is the brightly coloured can that looks alot like a regular energy drink. drive past a cop drinking one, or have one in the cupholder when you get pulled over and they probably won’t give it a second glance.

Ban caffeinated alcohol drinks means only criminals can get caffeinated alcohol drinks!

Oh yes, it’s just too difficult for them to mix vodka and Red Bull themselves.

Oh fer sure...
Sometimes I’ll see a shiny object in a hole or nook, and reach in to get it and my hand will be stuck until someone comes along and tells me I can get it out if I just let go...

Ah, yes. We were just drinking those the other night. Also three six packs of Bud Light. Good night. We were hammered.
Government intrusion. May Obama save us from all discomfort. Major hangovers, for instance.
