Bush acted on the intelligence he was GIVEN which was often faulty. He did a lot that I didn't "like" but I never doubted his intentions or his intelligence.

As to "nicer," yeah, he was awfully nice with other people's money taken by force. It's why that spoiled child and his self-aggrandizing noblesse oblige allowed the left roll him over and over.
