China (and the rest of Asia for that matter) needs to be given a deadline to allow its currency to be freely traded on world exchanges. Failing that we will attach a tariff equal to what we calculate the undervaluation to be.

If it means pulling out of the WTO - so be it.

Lets assume US slap on all imports from China by 50%. All this means is that US government now get to decide how best to allocate resources. This will not bring back factories or jobs
