Why would I weep? I think that's pretty good news if their projections regarding the electoral votes are correct. Regarding Palin, I have nothing AGAINST her. I actually like her. I just don't think she can win a national race. If she's on the ballot, I'll surely vote for her. Hell, she's one of the few reasons why I voted for McCain.

Frankly, I don't think ANY of the would be GOP presidential candidates getting all of the media attention have a chance of winning. I was a FRed supporter in 2008.

Here’s the ‘catch’ for me.

I can think of several ‘candidates’ who could win the Presidential Election. Even so, I wouldn’t want them for President.

If we’re just going to have another Washington ‘insider’ who is deeply meshed into the corruption of politics, we might as well keep Obama.

If WE are going to pick a candidate based on whether they would win, rather than whether they would be a good President, I think we lower ourselves to the Democratic party level.

Obama won. But he has made a lousy President, so far.
