There was an Admiral on Fox News earlier who said there is no way this thing could have caused much damage because the payload was obviously not big on it.

How the hell could he tell?

And how big does a warhead have to be?

Any missile landing on American soil could initiate MADD response from the US and Russia (particularly when no one can say who fired the d@mn thing).
