No FAA NOTMS were issued for the launch or were the MOA, Vandenberg or Point Mugu NAS Test Ranges activated
It wasn’t a planned one of ours. If it would have been one of ours there would have been paperwork published (NOTMS, etc)so a civilian plane didn’t get accidently hit; no lawsuits that way.
