I watched the Video on Youtube, it looks like twin contrails, one white, one black, - Perhaps someone was boosting a scramjet up to speed, or a mix of booster, solid to get going, with a liquid fueled main engine. Perhaps an ABM snapshot test.
It was definitely not a plane, it was literally going verticle, straight up.
