I defy anyone to show me a single phrase in either the Insurance bill, the so-called 'Stimulus' bill, the S-CHIP bill, the 2009 reconciliation budget, or the 2010 budget that was written by a Republican. (At least the 2011 budget will be since the Democrats didn't bother passing one).
