Megyn Kelly saying it’s being reportd now this MAY have been an accidental launch..

Maybe we thought we were being attacked and we sent this out to answer the threat? And it turned out to be...a flock of geese?

“Accidental launch” by US Navy could be cover for Chinese launch, so as not so scare the peeps...

Hypothetical:

Chinese sneak a boomer within 35 miles of LA and launch SLBM northwest 4000 miles into the Pacific.

By demonstrating this range, this would prove to the US that they could hit us anywhere in the continental US within a range of 4000 miles from the Pacific coast of the US.

No way.

I mean seriously. NO WAY an ICBM c=could “accidentally” be launched.

The whole point of a Boomer is to launch these things with out being detected before reaching its launch window. It takes a WHOLE crew to launch them. Not just one guy leaning up against a console button. It does not work that way, isn’t set up even remotely like that.

Anyone buying that BS story doesn’t know shit about how a Boomer runs. My husband served as an E6 on one in the 90’s. Has an Admirals Commendation, switched out a Nav Gyro for heavens sake, and THAT is a no BS exercise right there. One mistake on any sub can sink it. Boomers are designed so that one man, or even two cannot launch the missiles. The whole crew would have to believe 1000% that this was a legitimately ordered launch. That does NOT happen on accident.
