I doubt this one was armed (just a hunch)..but if it had a target.. Well.
The plume looks more like we shot off a fish to see if it could fly.. got a great light show of it. the plumes tell a tale.
The U.S. Navy would launch a large missile near the coast and without clearing or closing the airspace for ANY reason other than WARTIME?
