How many other commentators fill their pieces with historical references and real life examples to back up their ideas? And put out a column seemingly every few days? Prof. Sowell is a national treasure.

I had the rare pleasure of seeing him on TV a few days ago, on the Larry Kudlow show. His acumen came with a great geniality, as one would expect from his writings. Larry was appropriately effusive in his praise.

Well said, Dr. Sowell is a national treasure.

He puts across his ideas in such a manner that anyone can understand what he is saying. Many commentators seem to be impressed by the number of big words they can slip in, I don’t need a dictionary when I read him. :-)
