It is my understanding that we just eliminated the 2/3rds majority needed to pass tax increases with Prop 25, correct? If so, it will negate the reason to have any conservatives in the assembly.
No Californians eliminated the need to pass spending bills with a two-thirds vote. Revenue bills still require a two thirds vote.
