So maybe that answers your question about who gives a crap? You asked what offshore medical school I went to. I interpreted that to mean that you wanted to know what medical school I attended. I don't see how my profession or education relevant to this discussion and I did not bring it up until you did. You also mentioned it earlier in the thread:
