Burden our armed forces? BS! Gays serving openly will create a whole new set of problems. A real burden, not some imaginary ones.
Undermine national security? More BS! DADT isn't perfect, but what the Loggers want is much, much worse.
Limit freedom? What freedom? "There ain't no freedom in the Armed Forces boy!" And there shouldn't be either! You just shut up and follow orders, and get the job done!
I was laughing about it just typing. But that was 1995. Fifteen years ago open-homos in the military was still unpopular, but since then they got to the kids many of which are children of immigrants. Not just public schools either, cable TV has kids channels that teach homosexuality as normal.

This is where they slam into the brick wall; the limp-wristed metro-sexual dad from the US coasts might lack the spine to speak Biblical truth, but immigrants and their children are one group that will never bend on this. In fact, their insular groups reinforce their values; whether from Africa, Latin America, Asia, wherever, they are repulsed by the acts and speak very openly against them. Latinos have been here a few decades now, and are probably still the most conservative on this topic; blacks have been here a few centuries, and they still haven’t signed on to “the agenda”.
The so-called Log Cabin Republicans should take their logs and get over to the Democrap Headquarters where they belong.
This is how liberals play the shell game those LGR’s changed their name to GOPride. (or GOP-ride)
They are essentially trying to give a self selected behavior fetish the same status as an immutible physical trait via the courts.
This is one of the reasons I don’t bash on Mel Gibson.

Funny how these Log cabin homo-conservatives dont mind re-writing the constitution to get new special rights. I guess because they dont like high taxes they think that’s conservative.
I do remember talking with you before, but don’t recall how long. That’s what happens when ya retires...:) My guess would be only a few months though.
LCRs were founded on, and have only acted in, their own narrow interests. It’s that simple. And it is NOT patriotic.
