And that status is to be determined by Congress, not by the Courts. Congress had the opportunity to not certify the Electoral College votes of a president-elect who might not qualify as a natural born citizen. Not one out of 535 members of Congress challenged the certification.

Natural Born Citizen status would not be determined by Congress. As natural born citizenship falls under natural law. Citizenship laws by man or made by Congress are a form of naturalization. Naturalization is a process that grants citizenship to people.
