I heard a news story on KTOK at the top of the hour. They reported that the primary reason that the judge issued the order was that the State Election Board did not file a brief. I have called the State Election Board, and spoken with the agency head. He initially did not answer my question of whether the reported story was true. He told me that the AG’s office represented them (I guess he thinks I am stupid). After telling him he didn’t answer my question, I asked him again if it were true, and he referred me to the AG’s office. When I asked for a specific name, he said that he didn’t know who was at court, but that Jane Pressler represented them. I have a call in to Ms. Pressler.

Oh, by the way, Paul Ziriax (the director) is a democrat appointee. The outgoing AG is a democrat.

I will talk with the incoming Ag later this week. This is now a new agenda item.

And I thought my purchases of “Obama” induced guns was at an end last week. I’ll have to go and buy another shotguan now.

Note for any lurkers: I am purchasing the guns because of Obama’s policies. Not for use except in self defense. I do still have a Second Amendment, don’t I?
