In Nevada, removing the elections of judges system and replacing it with the appointment and retention by election system was on the ballot again.
It lost, as it obviously had in the precious attempts to usurp the power of the people.
Sandra Day O’Connor had an ad in support of this ballot proposition running several times a day.
I’m guessing that RWR had no idea the liberal he was appointing or she would never have been selected.
