Yes, this is a national disgrace that affects us all. I hope the current Congress can have plenty of preparatory meetings about this and definitely push for major welfare reform after 2012. The cultural shift back to some degree of normalcy is a whole other topic, but somehow has to change. It's civilized or uncivilized, it's your call America. . .
