Our constitution forbids cruel and unusual punishment. As much as our human nature wants to dispense “an eye for an eye” to these monsters, we must follow the law.
Justice means that these two horrible persons are permanently banned from society. And earth.
How would that be cruel and unusual punishment? Are you saying that prisons have an affirmative duty to protect inmates from prison violence?
