You know all that talk about whether Keith Olbermann would ever be back on MSNBC?
Well whoever speculated about that (me) was totally off Olbermann will return to Countdown Tuesday night. From Phil Griffin, President of MSNBC:
After several days of deliberation and discussion, I have determined that suspending Keith through and including Monday nights program is an appropriate punishment for his violation of our policy. We look forward to having him back on the air Tuesday night.
So basically he was suspended for two shows, and four days (counting the weekend). That seems like an amazingly short amount of time for what was called an indefinite suspension. As you can imagine, well have more on this tomorrow

So much for their ethics policy.
Maybe Phil Griffin did the groveling.
Publicity stunt from day 1.
So it was just a stunt...BSNBC..anything to get ratings.
Fox: Fair and Balanced
MSNBC: Unbalanced and Insane
I predict his demented mind will lead him to inform his audience that the entire debacle was all the fault of...cue ominous scary music...Fox News!!!
It was a pulicity stunt and a way to attack FOX, Stupid.....DUH!
MSNBC’s rules of “ethics” aren’t rules at all. It’s kind of like all the kids win in soccer and little league and students that fail their grade really pass. The age of no standards.
A normal company that was run “for profit” would have taken this opportunity to shed itself of an ungodly large salary contract obligation. Every day he is on the air is more money lost to GE. He is a ratings disaster. Not that GE cares.
Probably couldn’t find anyone else to do the job who’d not given to the Dems. Either that, or someone noticed that the guy who did the firing also gave to the Dems.
The Return of Odormann!
Good. Keith Olbermann is one of the finest poster children for conservatism.
Means nothing to me.
I have NEVER seen PMSNBC, much less this Obelfart guy.
Keith should thank Bill Kristol for his support.
What a joke.
