President Barack Obama said he will look for ways to control global warming pollution other than Congress placing a ceiling on it.
The new battle over global warming in Congress will target the Environmental Protection Agency, which is poised to regulate greenhouse gases for the first time, after the Supreme Court ruled in 2007 that it could treat heat-trapping gases as pollutants.

The EPA has to be eliminated if America is going to have a chance to survive.

There's no reason whatsoever for EPA personnel to benefit from heating, air conditioning and interior smoke abatement.
Just slip that into a piece of legislation Obama wants.
BTW, it's not exactly where you think it would be ~ more like in the GSA standards.

Reading this I was recalling something from a long ago geometry class....things equal to the same thing are equal to each other. Substitute (o)bama for EPA in the comment.

The SCOTUS DID give the EPA the power to regulate CO2 as a greenhouse gas pollutant.
They were Gorbots at the time but there it is.

First nuke goes to Obamacare.
Nuke #2: EPA
Nuke #3: NEA
Make ‘em big bad nukes, too.

This has nothing to do with global warming and everything with ripping us off. This sucker does not give up until he gets voted out of office and this can’t happen soon enough......

IS THIS CONSTITUTIONAL? END the EPA, Defund Defang,NOW! I agree with you in principle about the EPA but ending the EPA would be the wrong tactic. Defunding certain areas and directing enforcement would be eaiser to do,keep it under the political the radar, and would garner huge public support. Attempting to disband and/or close the EPA would allow the Democrats to use it as a bludgeon for no real gain as the Senate will not go along and current (any really) President will veto. Defund and direct (prohibit) enforcement will be widely popular.

Barack O'baby is merely stomping his feet trying to scare us.
There is nothing to fear until there is something to fear. Let him flex his Olive Oyl bicepts and flitter his fairy wings, he's just digging his own hole for defeat in 2012.
I don't think the people will let it go far enough to take us anywhere we don't want to [permanently] go.
Check out the numbers of people that we turned out just to vote in the election. When he starts down the "dictatorship" road, it's not going to be little kids with cutesy signs.
Liberals always overplay their hand; they have no combative savvy, just fit-pitching, I want my way, tantrums.
If the new Congress doesn't handle it, the people will.
We've got to trust in our instincts as Americans; we don't know how to NOT be free, and we'll fight for it if necessary.
We're seeing what obama is good at right now - showboating. He's dancing, and reminiscing about his growing up days with islam and having a good ol' time.
He's Achmed the dead terrorist and the media is his ventriloquist yelling, "I keeel ju" for him.
Don't show any fear to liberals, they're like wild animals it makes them crazy.

This is just a start. Obama don’t need no stinkin’ elections. The White House try to rule through the Washington bureaucracy. For the rest of us, that’s going to be a tough nut to crack.

Yes people have convinced me that Defang and defund is the proper course of action. But, everytime I hear that Zero intends to bypass Congress I get mad.

You take the annual budget of the Federal EPA and divide it by 435...
then apportion out that money to each of the State EPA’s.
Poof.
No more federal EPA.
To: Happy Rain
Then revoke the power. There problem solved.
