Agreed. I loved two facts about W:
1. You could tell that he loved this country and would do anything to protect it, and by extension the people.
2. There was no question that he was a deeply religious man and was not afraid to show it.
I'd also have to add one more: I loved his plain speaking when he was pissed off. (ie: Kick their ass. Want them dead or alive.
I liked that he was plain spoken. Made him seem more human than a lot of politicians.
I don't often write "me, too" responses, but I agree wholeheartedly with your sentiments. Well said.
