It’s secondary in the narrower legal sense. The judge had no jurisdiction. How hard is that to figure? How hard is that to support?

But what I find even more interesting is YOUR posting history. Prior to this thread you had made ONE post on September 22nd, 2010 (a few days after WAW joined), but before that your most recent post was in 2005 and many of the posts you made back then were to since-banned trolls.
So, who pinged YOU to this thread? Sure, you've got a 2005 sign-up date, but the reality is that you've made just over a hundred posts total and aside from one post a month and a half ago, your total FR history was in the summer of 2005.

Just said that the case to be made is a Constitutional case, one that Congress can address.
A. Insulting wagglebee shows your true colors.
B. The ban on homosexuals which used to be standard (now watered down to DADT) has to do with behavior. Not self-identified "gays". A practitioner of same sex sodomy is, by behavior, prone to promsicuity, violence, risk taking, high disease rates and so on. Why should people who practice unhealthy and unnatural sex acts be allowed in the military? There is no reason other than leftist/political correctness/surrender to deviancy.
We lost on the DADT argument 20 years ago. This is the world we live in now.

I think he made the same case to his audience of millions of active conservatives when the judge’s ruling came out. The Gate’s statement wouldn’t change that.
